HOW IT WORKS
After Your Initial Inquiry
You can expect to hear from us within 48 hours to book a consultation call. Prior to this call, you'll receive an intake form via email detailing who you are and what type of content you're looking for.
Planning & Consulting
After our initial consultation call, you'll receive a contract and invoice. Once those are completed, we begin touching base with your media team and planners to confirm all logistics and make introductions. Around a month out from your event, we'll discuss the content plan in full with you and your planner for finalization.
The Day is Here!
We're prepped with all of our gear and we've connected with the media team. We have our content plan confirmed and are capturing the moments we planned for, but also the beautiful unexpected ones too! You get to be in the moment while we observe and capture all of the beautiful details and high impact moments.
Content Delivery
Within 24 hours of the day, you'll receive a shared album with all unedited content. Within 72 hours, you'll receive your recap video and any edited short form videos in a gallery that is organized into folders in accordance with the content plan – ready for you to watch and share!

Q. Are you willing to travel?
Sure am! Based in Knoxville, TN but traveling coast to coast for the best celebrations. We can discuss this on our call together.
Q. How do you fit in with the photographer?
We're ultimately a part of your media team. For the major moments of the day (think ceremony) we're all in the same place getting similar shots. However, we aren't always right with them, it depends on the content goals we've determined together.
Q. How do you work with the videographer?
Similarly to with a photographer – we're a part of the media team. We work collaboratively in tandem and individually to each get the shots we need to capture your day.
Q. What kind of files do you deliver?
We provide an online gallery with easy to access files. If you have an iPhone, we'll share a shared album with all unedited files. Edited reels and videos will be delivered in an online gallery.
Q. Do you offer professional video?
We do! This is our top content collection because you're receiving iPhone content and professional video footage.
Q. Are edited reels / videos included?
Yes! Depending on the custom content collection you choose, you'll have minimally one edited reel / video.
